RETURN POLICY

 
The majority our items are vintage or pre-loved and therefore may have some minor signs of wear consistent with age. We try to give accurate descriptions of imperfections and sizing (sizing is estimated but we suggest the customer ask for additional pictures and information for clarity). All computer monitors display color differently so there may be slight variations. Please ask for accurate color description. ALL SALES ARE FINAL with the exception of store mistake on price. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise due to shipping.
 
PAYMENT
 
We gladly accept most major credit cards (Visa,MC,American Express) via secure payment processing. We also accept Square Pay, PayPal, or Chase Quick Pay via indigostyle@verizon.net.
 
SHIPPING
 
We ship within the United States. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days excluding weekends, holidays or natural weather occurrences. We charge a minimum of $7.00 and up for shipping based on weight. We confirm price prior to shipping.
 
LAYAWAY/HOLDS
 
Due to store items being one of a kind there are absolutely NO HOLDS without prior purchase. We hold purchased merchandise 7 days and after that we reserve the right to resell with no refund. We apologize for any inconvenience. Layaway on items $200.00 and up can be arranged on a case by case basis. Please consult owner for details.
